Counselling in Croydon

    In-person and online

I see clients in person in South Croydon, and online across the UK.

In-person suits people who want the session to be somewhere other than home, and who find that the journey there and back is part of what makes the hour work. Online suits people who are working around childcare, shift patterns, or who are not in the area. Neither is a lesser version of the other, and some people move between the two.

The consulting room and getting there

In-person sessions are held in a private consulting room in South Croydon. It is a quiet room, set up for one conversation at a time, and you will not be sitting in a busy waiting area or passing other people on your way in.

The exact address, along with directions and anything you need to know about arriving, is sent to you once your first session is booked. If you are travelling by public transport or driving and want to know the practicalities before you commit to anything, ask on the consultation call and I will talk you through it.

If you arrive early, that is fine. There is no need to arrive more than a few minutes before your time.

    How sessions work

Sessions are weekly, at the same time each week. The work is open ended, which means there is no fixed number of sessions agreed at the start. We review together every six to eight weeks.

Fees are on the fees page, including a small number of concessionary places.
